We know the landscape industry is often unable to provide year-round, reliable work.

But at Color Burst Landscapes, we hire people for full-time careers.

And with these jobs comes a bevy of benefits, including free health care; dental; vision; PTO time (with as many as 15 earned days given a year) and a matching 401k.

We also invest in continuing education and training for our team members so we stay on top of best practices in commercial landscaping. We provide ongoing education during daily morning huddles, as well as advanced training quarterly diving deeper into horticultural and landscaping techniques with an emphasis on proper care and safety.

And if you want to grow with us, we have plenty of opportunities for advancement where you can learn new tasks and take on more responsibilities.
